However, until further notice, the fee for taking an appeal from a bankruptcy court ruling to the BAP is still $255.00. The BAP has issued a general order adopting interim rules to implement the direct appeal provisions of the Bankruptcy Abuse and Consumer Protection Act of 2005. View the order and the interim rules.
