Burger’s legacy on the United States Supreme Court during a presentation at the William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Chief Circuit Judge Kozinski served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Burger from 1976 to 1977. (details)
Ninth Circuit Judge Barry Silverman was honored recently by The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University during its annual Arizona State Law Journal Awards Banquet.
