Media Access: Members of the media are welcome to attend the public portions of the conference, which are listed below. All other conference activities are private.

Name Tags: While attending the conference, members of the media, including photographers and technicians, are required to wear a name tag, which will be furnished by the Ninth Circuit. You may be denied admission or asked to leave the conference if you are not wearing a name tag.

Decorum: Media members are reminded that they are here as observers. Program segments involving audience participation are intended for members of the conference.

Interviews: Some of the moderators, panelists and other program participants may be available for interviews at the conclusion of their segments. Other interviews may be arranged through the Public Information Officer. If you approach someone for an interview and they decline to speak with you, please respect their decision.

Still/Video Photography: Still and video photography is allowed with prior approval from the Public Information Officer. Photographers will be expected to exercise discretion by not approaching the stage too closely or blocking the views of others. Still photos of the conference may be available from the Ninth Circuit. Depending on the number of requests, a pool arrangement may be necessary for still and or video photography.

There is no press room at the conference. Media must make their own arrangements for telephone, fax, email and Internet access.
